If you chooses to manage your own project, it can be extremely stressful, time consuming, requires a lot of organisation and may be a minefield for the inexperienced.
4) How can PTP4YOU help with my building project?
If you are considering doing your new build, whatever it may be, residential or commercial, big or small, P.T.P.4.U. can manage the entire build for you, from start to finish, from arranging schedules for trades people, to getting materials on site, allowing you sit back and watch your dream build come to fruition, stress free, within budget and on time.
5) Does the size or type of the building project matter?
No. PTP4YOU can help with everything from a major building project, to the fitting of a fireplace or the tiling of a bathroom.
6) How much does the service from PTP4YOU cost?
For the basic service of finding the trades person(s) you need, there is absolutely no cost. The cost of this process is between the trades person(s) and PTP4YOU. However if you wish PTP4YOU to fully manage your project, from start to finish, on your behalf there is a cost payable to PTP4YOU. This cost obviously depends on the size and nature of the project and a quote for same will be provided by PTP4YOU upon request.
7) If I use PTP4YOU, who are my contract(s) with?
The contracts are between you and the trades person(s), unless you appoint PTP4YOU to manage the entire project, in which case the contract is bewteen you and PTP4YOU.
8) Who do I contact if I have a problem during the build or with an appointed trades person?
You contact PTP4YOU immediately.
9) What trades and services do PTP4YOU cover?
PTP4YOU cover all trades from brickwork to landscaping, and all services from new builds to fireplaces.
